It's over 10 trillion now. No one has cut national debt since Kennedy. Clinton came close by cutting debt growth to something like .3%. That's why we had the $250 billion surplus in 2000. Reagan over doubled national debt in his 8 years, and monumentally, Bush is on track to do the same.
