Human Highway, the duo featuring Nick Thorburn of Islands and Jim Guthrie, released their great debut, Moody Motorcycle, a month ago via Suicide Squeeze, and now the band is finally getting around to playing some shows. Their first two performances, at The Cake Shop and Joe’s Pub in New York this week, featured the band as a quartet, and the band played most of their album, including album standout “The Sound.”
