Damn you, Austin. You get all the excellent band reunions. And this year’s Fun Fun Fun Festival is no exception with a hefty selection of 80s legends such as The Dead Milkmen, Flipper, Adolescents and Cro-Mags among others. The festival is keeping its tradition of mixing heavyweights from decades past with the indie flavors of the week/month/year.

Here are a few of the highlights slated for the four-stage bill: Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Walter Schreifels/Rival Schools, Bad Brains, Magnetic Morning, Clipse, Dan Deacon, YACHT, Kevin Seconds (of 7 Seconds), The Tim and Eric Awesome Show, St. Vincent, and ALL. (Any 9-year-old who can name any track off of Big Lizard in My Back Yard besides “Bitchin’ Camaro” is automatically the hippest kid you could ever meet.)
